CropsDex হলো Krishi Shwapno Ltd. পরিচালিত একটি প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর কৃষিপণ্য ট্রেডিং ও ফাইন্যান্সিং প্ল্যাটফর্ম। এই গোপনীয়তা নীতিতে ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে—আপনি CropsDex ওয়েবসাইট, মোবাইল অ্যাপ, ড্যাশবোর্ড, সার্ভিস বা সংশ্লিষ্ট ফিচার ব্যবহার করলে আমরা কী ধরনের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি, কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি, সংরক্ষণ করি, শেয়ার করি এবং সুরক্ষিত রাখি।
CropsDex ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই গোপনীয়তা নীতিতে বর্ণিত তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহারে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
CropsDex কৃষক, ক্রেতা, এজেন্ট, ওয়্যারহাউস অপারেটর, বিনিয়োগকারী/রিসেলার এবং অন্যান্য অংশগ্রহণকারীদের একটি যাচাইকৃত কৃষিপণ্য মার্কেটপ্লেসে যুক্ত করে। প্ল্যাটফর্মটি physical verification, warehouse certification, digital coordination, transparent pricing এবং secure transaction workflow ব্যবহার করে।
CropsDex-এ crop listing, verification, buying, selling, warehouse storage, payment coordination, commission, order tracking এবং ভবিষ্যতে traceability ফিচার থাকতে পারে। তাই সার্ভিস দেওয়ার জন্য আমাদের personal, business, transaction, crop এবং operational data সংগ্রহ করতে হতে পারে।
আমরা নিচের ধরনের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারি:
নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ইমেইল, পাসওয়ার্ড, জন্মতারিখ, লিঙ্গ, প্রোফাইল ছবি, ঠিকানা, জেলা, উপজেলা, গ্রাম, পোস্ট কোড এবং অন্যান্য basic profile details।
আপনার account type অনুযায়ী NID, TIN, trade license, business information, warehouse ownership information বা verification-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য document সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
OTP verification data, login history, password reset information, account type, device information এবং authentication log সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
Crop listing ও transaction-এর জন্য crop type, variety, quantity, grade, price, harvest date, photos, videos, location, description, certification details, storage condition, expected delivery date, packaging information এবং product-related অন্যান্য data সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে। PRD অনুযায়ী কৃষক crop details, price, photos, location এবং agent selection দিয়ে product list করতে পারেন।
Order details, buy request, sell request, offer price, bid, purchase history, sell history, invoice, certificate, payment status, refund request, delivery status, OTP-based delivery confirmation, rating, complaint এবং dispute information সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
Payment method details, bank বা mobile financial service information, payment confirmation record, commission earned, current balance, service fee, transaction fee, warehouse fee, logistics fee এবং settlement record সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
Warehouse name, location, capacity, storage type, owner information, operator contact information, crop receiving record, quality inspection report, grade, quantity, storability period, dispatch status এবং delivery information সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে। PRD-তে বলা হয়েছে, warehouse operator পণ্য গ্রহণ করেন, quality test করেন এবং crop grade, quantity ও maximum storability date সহ report form পূরণ করেন।
IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, visited pages, session duration, click, error log, referral source, approximate location, cookie এবং analytics data সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
আপনি support request, complaint, chat, call, email বা document submit করলে সেই communication content এবং related metadata সংগ্রহ করা হতে পারে।
আমরা আপনার তথ্য ব্যবহার করি:
• Account create, verify, approve এবং manage করতে।
• Farmer, buyer, agent, warehouse, investor/reseller এবং admin dashboard চালাতে।
• Crop listing, product verification, warehouse certification, buying, selling, bidding, resale এবং delivery workflow চালাতে।
• Agent assign, admin notification, sell request processing এবং order coordination করতে।
• Payment, commission, invoice, refund, settlement এবং transaction record process করতে।
• Identity, account access, payment delivery, product delivery এবং OTP-based action confirm করতে।
• Fraud, fake listing, unauthorized transaction, misuse এবং security threat প্রতিরোধ করতে।
• User experience, platform performance, support, analytics এবং future features উন্নত করতে।
• Notification, alert, service message, offer এবং transaction update পাঠাতে।
• Legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, KYC/AML এবং dispute resolution requirement পূরণ করতে।
আমরা সাধারণ ব্যবসায়িক পদ্ধতি হিসেবে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না। তবে সার্ভিস পরিচালনার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য নিচের পক্ষগুলোর সাথে শেয়ার করা হতে পারে:
লেনদেন সম্পন্ন করার জন্য farmer, buyer, agent, warehouse operator, logistics partner, investor/reseller এবং admin-এর সাথে relevant information শেয়ার করা হতে পারে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, agent transaction support করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় crop/order information পেতে পারেন, তবে অপ্রয়োজনীয় buyer identification information সীমিত রাখা হতে পারে।
Agent-রা listing তৈরি, farmer support, buyer order placement, logistics coordination, payment confirmation এবং transaction assist করার জন্য সীমিত প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দেখতে পারেন।
Warehouse operator-রা crop receive, test, store, certify এবং release করার জন্য crop, owner, order, delivery এবং inspection-related information পেতে পারেন।
Delivery থাকলে logistics partner pickup, destination, contact, crop, order এবং delivery confirmation information পেতে পারেন।
Bank, mobile financial service provider, payment gateway, settlement partner এবং accounting system-এর সাথে payment-related information শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।
Hosting, analytics, cloud storage, SMS/OTP delivery, email, customer support, fraud detection, identity verification এবং security monitoring-এর জন্য third-party service provider ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
আইন, আদালতের আদেশ, সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষ, regulatory body, tax authority, law enforcement, fraud investigation বা dispute resolution-এর প্রয়োজনে তথ্য শেয়ার করা হতে পারে।
Future phase-এ CropsDex blockchain-based certification, traceability বা asset record চালু করতে পারে। Architecture plan অনুযায়ী crop journey farmer থেকে agent, verified warehouse, logistics, buyer/investor, retailer এবং end consumer পর্যন্ত trace করা যেতে পারে, যেখানে consumer QR code scan করে পণ্যের journey দেখতে পারেন।
কিছু traceability data buyer, consumer, auditor বা authorized party দেখতে পারে। তবে sensitive financial data, private trade negotiation, proprietary relationship এবং investor trading information permissioned access ও private channel-এর মাধ্যমে সুরক্ষিত রাখার পরিকল্পনা আছে।
Blockchain বা audit record একবার সংরক্ষিত হলে system design ও applicable law অনুযায়ী তা সম্পূর্ণ মুছে ফেলা কঠিন বা অসম্ভব হতে পারে।
আমরা cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools এবং similar technology ব্যবহার করতে পারি:
• আপনাকে logged in রাখতে।
• Language ও account preference মনে রাখতে।
• Website ও dashboard performance উন্নত করতে।
• Platform usage analyze করতে।

• Marketing ও communication effectiveness উন্নত করতে।
Browser থেকে cookies disable করতে পারেন, তবে কিছু platform feature ঠিকভাবে কাজ নাও করতে পারে।
আমরা unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration বা disclosure থেকে তথ্য রক্ষার জন্য reasonable administrative, technical এবং organizational safeguard ব্যবহার করি।
এর মধ্যে OTP verification, access control, encryption, secure hosting, role-based permission, activity log, admin review এবং monitoring থাকতে পারে। তবে কোনো digital platform ১০০% security guarantee করতে পারে না। আপনার password, OTP এবং account access সুরক্ষিত রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
আমরা সার্ভিস দেওয়া, transaction complete করা, legal obligation পালন, dispute resolve করা, fraud প্রতিরোধ, audit record রাখা এবং Terms of Service enforce করার জন্য যতদিন প্রয়োজন ততদিন তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করি।
Transaction record, invoice, warehouse certification, payment record, complaint, audit log এবং compliance record আইন বা business necessity অনুযায়ী দীর্ঘ সময় সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।
প্রযোজ্য আইন ও platform requirement অনুযায়ী আপনি অনুরোধ করতে পারেন:
• আপনার personal information access করতে।
• ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য সংশোধন করতে।
• Profile details update করতে।
• আইনগতভাবে অনুমোদিত হলে কিছু তথ্য delete করতে।
• Optional communication-এর consent withdraw করতে।
• Account closure request করতে।
• আপনার data কীভাবে ব্যবহার বা share করা হয় জানতে।
Pending transaction, legal compliance, payment record, dispute resolution, fraud prevention বা audit purpose-এর জন্য কিছু তথ্য সঙ্গে সঙ্গে delete করা নাও যেতে পারে।
সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া এবং তা updated রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। আপনি false identity document, fake crop data, misleading warehouse information, unauthorized payment details বা অন্য ব্যক্তির তথ্য তার অনুমতি ছাড়া submit করতে পারবেন না।
আপনি agent, buyer representative, warehouse operator বা admin হিসেবে কাজ করলে user information শুধুমাত্র authorized platform purpose-এ ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন। Misuse, disclosure, sale, copy বা exploitation করা যাবে না।
CropsDex এমন ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য যারা আইনগতভাবে transaction করতে সক্ষম। আমরা ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে শিশুদের personal information সংগ্রহ করি না। অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো শিশুর personal data submit হয়েছে জানা গেলে আমরা account delete বা restrict করতে পারি।
Cloud hosting, technical service provider বা analytics tool Bangladesh-এর বাইরে অবস্থিত হলে আপনার তথ্য অন্য দেশে process বা store হতে পারে। আমরা reasonable steps নেব যাতে এমন transfer secure ও lawful হয়।
CropsDex-এ third-party website, payment gateway, map service, logistics service, analytics tool বা external resource-এর link থাকতে পারে। Third-party platform-এর privacy practice, content বা security-এর জন্য CropsDex দায়ী নয়। ব্যবহার করার আগে তাদের privacy policy দেখে নিন।
আমরা service notification, transaction alert, OTP message, security alert, account update, promotional offer, training message এবং platform announcement পাঠাতে পারি।
যেখানে সম্ভব, promotional message থেকে opt out করতে পারবেন। তবে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ service, security, transaction এবং legal message পাঠানো হতে পারে।
আমরা সময় সময় এই Privacy Policy update করতে পারি। Updated version revised effective date সহ platform-এ প্রকাশ করা হবে। পরিবর্তনের পর CropsDex ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে আপনি updated Privacy Policy মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
