ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলি

CropsDex কৃষিপণ্য লিস্টিং, buyer demand, agent-assisted onboarding, warehouse verification, order tracking, payment coordination, commission management, certification, resale এবং ভবিষ্যতে blockchain-based traceability/certification সুবিধা দিতে পারে। CropsDex-এর মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো verified physical infrastructure এবং digital marketplace একত্র করে crop trading-এ trust, transparency এবং structured workflow তৈরি করা।

CropsDex ব্যবহার করতে হলে আপনাকে: • আইনগতভাবে চুক্তিতে প্রবেশ করার সক্ষম হতে হবে। • সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য দিয়ে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। • বৈধ মোবাইল নম্বর, OTP verification এবং প্রয়োজনীয় identity document দিতে হবে। • প্ল্যাটফর্মটি শুধুমাত্র বৈধ কৃষিপণ্য ট্রেডিং ও সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে ব্যবহার করতে হবে। • প্রযোজ্য আইন, ট্যাক্স, রেগুলেশন এবং প্ল্যাটফর্ম নীতিমালা মেনে চলতে হবে। ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা প্রতারণামূলক তথ্য দিলে CropsDex যেকোনো account reject, suspend বা terminate করতে পারবে।

CropsDex-এ বিভিন্ন ধরনের ব্যবহারকারী থাকতে পারেন: • কৃষক/বিক্রেতা: যারা কৃষিপণ্য বিক্রির জন্য লিস্ট করেন। • ক্রেতা: যারা কৃষিপণ্য কিনেন বা demand post করেন। • এজেন্ট: যারা কৃষক বা ক্রেতাকে onboarding, listing, order placement, verification, logistics এবং transaction support দেন। • ওয়্যারহাউস অপারেটর: যারা পণ্য গ্রহণ, পরীক্ষা, সংরক্ষণ এবং quality/quantity report করেন। • বিনিয়োগকারী/রিসেলার: যারা crop-backed asset, certificate বা resale opportunity-তে অংশ নিতে পারেন। • অ্যাডমিন: যারা approval, monitoring, fraud control, dispute handling এবং operational management করেন। PRD অনুযায়ী, এজেন্ট farmer-এর পক্ষ থেকে sell post তৈরি, buy order assist, commission দেখা, warehouse handover coordinate এবং OTP-এর মাধ্যমে farmer payment confirmation-সহ বিভিন্ন কাজ করতে পারেন।

আপনি রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা, পরিচয়পত্র, payment information, business information বা CropsDex চাওয়া অন্যান্য তথ্য দিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। কিছু user role-এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত verification, document upload, admin approval বা identity review প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। আপনার password, OTP, login access এবং account security রক্ষা করার দায়িত্ব আপনার। অননুমোদিত access সন্দেহ হলে দ্রুত CropsDex-কে জানাতে হবে।

কৃষক, এজেন্ট বা অনুমোদিত ব্যবহারকারী crop type, variety, quantity, grade, expected price, harvest date, photo, location, storage condition এবং অন্যান্য তথ্য দিয়ে product listing তৈরি করতে পারবেন। আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে আপনার দেওয়া product information সত্য, সঠিক এবং বিভ্রান্তিকর নয়। CropsDex ভুল, প্রতারণামূলক, duplicate, expired, illegal বা harmful listing review, edit, reject, remove বা suspend করতে পারবে। Listing তৈরি হলেই sale, final price, buyer acceptance, investor participation, warehouse acceptance বা delivery নিশ্চিত হবে না।

CropsDex ecosystem-এ এজেন্ট field-level support user হিসেবে কাজ করেন। এজেন্ট farmer onboarding, product listing, buyer order support, crop inspection coordination, warehouse handover, delivery support, payment confirmation এবং communication support দিতে পারেন। এজেন্ট হিসেবে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন: • কৃষক বা ক্রেতার পক্ষ থেকে সঠিক তথ্য দেবেন। • অন্য কারও জন্য account, listing বা order তৈরি করার আগে তার সম্মতি নেবেন। • crop quality, quantity, origin, price, certification বা delivery নিয়ে মিথ্যা দাবি করবেন না। • শুধুমাত্র বৈধ transaction support করবেন। • ব্যবহারকারীর তথ্য গোপন রাখবেন। • platform instruction, admin decision এবং verification requirement মেনে চলবেন। • platform-এর বাইরে unauthorized fee, commission বা payment দাবি করবেন না। প্রতারণা, ভুল তথ্য, unauthorized payment collection, data misuse বা misconduct করলে CropsDex commission hold, account suspend বা আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারবে।

ক্রেতাকে order বা offer accept করার আগে product details, quantity, grade, price, delivery requirement, payment terms, warehouse/logistics information ভালোভাবে review করতে হবে। ক্রেতাকে accurate demand, delivery, business, tax, license এবং payment information দিতে হবে। Order confirmed হলে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে payment সম্পন্ন করতে হতে পারে। Payment না করা, accepted goods নিতে অস্বীকার করা, refund misuse বা fraudulent order behavior করলে order cancel, account suspend, penalty বা future transaction restriction হতে পারে।

কৃষক/বিক্রেতাকে সঠিক crop information দিতে হবে এবং listed product যেন submitted information-এর সাথে মিলে তা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। কৃষক/বিক্রেতা stolen, contaminated, restricted, misrepresented, duplicate বা unavailable product list করতে পারবেন না। Product information মেলেনি প্রমাণিত হলে CropsDex listing বা transaction cancel করতে পারবে।

Warehouse operator crop receive, quality test, quantity verify, condition inspect, grade determine এবং storage information submit করতে পারেন। CropsDex model-এ crop quality, quantity এবং storage condition-এর reliable source of truth তৈরির জন্য warehouse inspection ও certification গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। Warehouse verification trust বাড়ায়, তবে crop degradation, natural damage, transport issue, incorrect submission বা human error-এর ঝুঁকি পুরোপুরি দূর করে না। প্রয়োজনে CropsDex additional inspection, admin review বা dispute review করতে পারে।

CropsDex transaction fee, service fee, commission fee, warehouse fee, logistics fee, subscription fee, payment gateway charge বা অন্যান্য applicable charge নিতে পারে। Agent, warehouse operator, logistics partner এবং অন্যান্য operational user platform rules, admin-approved commission parameter এবং completed transaction status অনুযায়ী commission বা service payment পেতে পারেন। Dispute, suspected fraud, incomplete delivery, failed verification, refund request, chargeback, Terms violation বা admin investigation থাকলে CropsDex payment বা commission hold, delay, adjust, reverse বা cancel করতে পারে। প্রত্যেক user নিজ নিজ tax, duty, reporting obligation এবং financial compliance-এর জন্য দায়ী।

Transaction অনুযায়ী delivery বা logistics seller, buyer, agent, warehouse, logistics provider অথবা platform-supported process দ্বারা পরিচালিত হতে পারে। Physical crop handling, transport damage, delay, spoilage, shortage, accident, packaging failure বা third-party logistics failure-এর ঝুঁকি transaction terms, warehouse status, delivery confirmation এবং platform decision অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত হবে। Order completion বা dispute resolution-এর জন্য user-দের OTP confirmation, delivery proof, warehouse record, photo, invoice এবং অন্যান্য evidence দিতে হতে পারে।

Order status ও platform policy অনুযায়ী CropsDex cancellation, refund request, replacement request, dispute filing বা admin review সুবিধা দিতে পারে। Refund automatic নয়। Payment status, product condition, delivery status, warehouse report, buyer/seller conduct, agent involvement, submitted evidence এবং admin decision অনুযায়ী refund approve বা reject হতে পারে। CropsDex dispute-এ coordinator বা facilitator হিসেবে কাজ করতে পারে, তবে farmer, buyer, agent, warehouse, logistics partner, payment provider বা অন্য third party-এর কারণে হওয়া প্রতিটি ক্ষতির জন্য CropsDex দায়ী নয়।

Users farmer, buyer, agent, product, warehouse বা transaction experience rating দিতে পারেন। Rating অবশ্যই সত্য, প্রাসঙ্গিক এবং actual platform transaction-এর ভিত্তিকে হতে হবে। False, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, promotional, threatening বা unrelated review CropsDex remove করতে পারবে।

আপনি করবেন না: • মিথ্যা identity, crop, payment, warehouse বা delivery information দেওয়া। • Fraud, money laundering, illegal trade বা unauthorized financial activity করা। • Price, bid, rating, certificate বা platform record manipulate করা। • Fake account, fake listing, fake order বা duplicate transaction তৈরি করা। • Platform fee এড়াতে CropsDex থেকে পাওয়া তথ্য ব্যবহার করে platform-এর বাইরে transaction করা। • অন্য user-কে harass, threaten, abuse বা mislead করা। • Harmful file, malware, spam বা illegal content upload করা। • অনুমতি ছাড়া অন্য user-এর account বা confidential information access করা। • CropsDex branding, data, software, content বা intellectual property misuse করা। এই নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে account suspension, transaction cancellation, commission withholding, legal action বা authority reporting হতে পারে।

CropsDex transaction record, crop information, warehouse report, certificate, user activity, OTP confirmation, payment record, communication log এবং platform operation, compliance, security ও dispute resolution-এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য data সংরক্ষণ করতে পারে। Future phase-এ CropsDex blockchain-based certification, traceability বা asset record চালু করতে পারে। CropsDex architecture document-এ farmer থেকে warehouse, logistics, buyer, retailer এবং end consumer পর্যন্ত crop traceability-এর ধারণা উল্লেখ আছে, যেখানে sensitive financial data privacy রক্ষার কথাও বলা হয়েছে।

CropsDex user privacy সম্মান করে এবং Privacy Policy অনুযায়ী personal ও transaction data ব্যবহার করে। Platform থেকে পাওয়া buyer/seller identity, pricing, trade terms, payment details, warehouse report, contact information বা internal data অন্যের কাছে প্রকাশ করা যাবে না, যদি না transaction বা আইনগত কারণে প্রয়োজন হয়।

CropsDex-এর platform content, branding, logo, software, design, workflow, text, graphics, data model এবং related materials Krishi Shwapno Ltd.-এর মালিকানাধীন বা লাইসেন্সপ্রাপ্ত। লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া CropsDex-এর কোনো অংশ copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape বা misuse করা যাবে না।

CropsDex যেকোনো সময় feature, service, user role, fee, workflow বা platform function update, modify, suspend বা discontinue করতে পারে। CropsDex uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant availability বা সব feature স্থায়ীভাবে available থাকবে—এমন নিশ্চয়তা দেয় না।

আইনে অনুমোদিত সর্বোচ্চ সীমা পর্যন্ত, CropsDex এবং Krishi Shwapno Ltd. indirect, incidental, special, consequential বা punitive damage-এর জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না। এর মধ্যে profit loss, crop value loss, business opportunity loss, data loss, delay, spoilage, third-party misconduct, payment failure বা logistics failure অন্তর্ভুক্ত। CropsDex একটি digital coordination platform হিসেবে verification, communication ও settlement facilitate করতে পারে, তবে physical crop quality, user conduct, warehouse accuracy, delivery performance এবং market price change-এর মধ্যে third-party risk থাকতে পারে।

কোনো user Terms violation, false information, fraud, অন্য user-এর ক্ষতি, platform data misuse, platform fee avoidance বা applicable law violation করলে CropsDex account suspend, restrict বা terminate করতে পারবে। User account closure request করতে পারবেন, তবে pending transaction, payment obligation, dispute resolution এবং legal retention requirement সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।

CropsDex সময় সময় এই Terms update করতে পারে। Updated Terms platform-এ revised effective date সহ প্রকাশ করা হবে। পরিবর্তনের পর CropsDex ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে আপনি updated Terms মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।
